With the UK Government poised to take its social distancing advisory into actual mandate, managing your supply chain remotely has never been a more critical point.

At HaulHub Logistics, we are constantly monitoring the fluid environment and adjusting our approach and decided to take a pro-active step 10 days ago to have most of our operations and management teams working from home in order to prepare ourselves for this eventuality and keep your supply chains moving with as little friction as possible.

While it isn’t ‘business as usual’ by any stretch, we have seen the benefit of our Pathway platform in helping clients to manage their freight from anywhere. This has made the transition to remote working much simpler and means our clients can focus on what matters; business continuity.

We’re currently ensuring that our clients who need a cloud-based freight management solution have access to Pathway. If you need to be enrolled, reach out to your account manager, or to me directly.

Pathway is helping our clients to;

  • Manage freight movements from anywhere, transparently
  • Deal with shipping exceptions, and cut out email noise
  • Communicate with HaulHub Logistics from anywhere, quickly and easily

Furthermore, we’re offering our services at cost for any company importing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), hand sanitiser or any other critical products to help combat the coronavirus spread in the UK.

We continue to process and move both ocean and airfreight bookings. In case you foresee a need to divert cargo due to supply chain challenges caused by restrictions, we are pleased to support with finding temporary solutions to fit your business. In these unprecedented times, rest assured that we will ensure that your supply chain will continue with as little disruption as possible.

As always, our team are on hand to support and will keep you updated should the situation affect your shipment. Should you need any further information on our technology, services or support, please book a 15-minute call here and we’ll call you back when it’s convenient for you.
